Low Quality of the mobile phone they sold. The way they treated customer complaints was very rude and humiliated. Blunt in their approach and problem was not resolved. Returned back the new mobile at free of cost to the shop and came out of it losing Rs.1200/-. It's a shame for UniverCell Brand and its image.

Worst showroom. Poor customer service. Product sold is not in good condition. It is not a good choice to purchase mobile from this showroom
