  i AM LIVING IN URAPAKKAM FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS. YES AGREED- POLLUTION FREE VILLAGE. FOLLOWING GOOD CULTURE . VARIOUS RELIGIOUS PEOPLE LIVING HAPPILY - NO ISSUE. BUT, ESSENTIAL FACILITIES LIKE ROAD - LIGHT NOT TAKEN CARE NOW A DAYS. MY STREET- GANAPATHY NAGAR- 3RD STREET- JUST OPPOSITE TO MY FLAT - ONE LIGHT IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS. MANY TIMES REPORTED & REGISTERED IN VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE- URAPAKKAM. NO ONE IS INSTATING . EVEN , I AM READY TO PURCHASE LIGHT - BUT NO ONE IS APPROACHING ME. ALSO, OUR STREET ONLY NOT MODIFIED AND STREET ENTRY IS VERY POOR. KINDLY OUR VILLAGE ADMIN. OFFICER SHOULD VISIT OUR STREET AND DO SOMETHING . PL. DO SOMETHING AND TAKE CARE OF US.

  Urapakkam is a nice place to live. Environment is very cool and peaceful especially Yamunai nagar. But there are no proper way of handling garbage in these area. People live there this garbage on roads and nearby empty places. There are no dustbins for the residents to throw household garbages. This is affecting the environment and creating pollution

  Water supply should be channelised. Roads to be laid. There is practically no piped water supply and supply to the sump though we pay regularly water tax. This should be takenup immediately. Priya nagar Part III is suffering a lot.

  Urapakkam is a good Village. Pollution almost free. But, one or two areas like Ganapathy Nagar- 3 rd street and nearby- the water supply from Village Panchayat is not regular and we are facing tremendous water scarcity. Some time- we think of moving from the place. Our Panchayat President should take necessary steps to sort-out the issues. I hope- our Village Panchayat will take necessary action very shortly.
