Pondicherry located in Southern India is a place each and every person must visit in their lifetime. This union territory is one of the smallest union territories of the Indian Union. Summers are quite hot in Pondicherry bearing similarity to the neighboring Tamil Nadu and winters are quite pleasant. Hence, September-February is the best time to visit this beautiful place.
