Aarav Singh Biography

Aarav Singhis a noted actor associated with Hindi television industry best known for playing ACP Sameer Rane in Pavitra Rishta. He also played antagonist on Colors’ show, Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai, the show which marked his acting debut. He hails from a Gurjar family of Rajasthan with Jaipur origin. Kalash - Ek Vishwaas, Kumkum Bhagya and Encounter are other shows in which Aarav acted. He is associated with television scene since 2010.

Aarav Singh was born in Jaipur, Rajasthan. His parents wished their son to be educationally sound and wanted him to become an ACP. But Aarav dreamt to become an actor. With dreams in his eyes of becoming an actor, Aarav Singh had come to the bustling city of Mumbai from Jaipur. He started his career with Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd’s drama show, Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai on Colors. The actor always wanted to get into Balaji Telefilms and get groomed as an actor by Ekta Kapoor. When he came to Mumbai in hope to get a role through Balaji Telefilms, he gave his portfolio pictures at their studio. He bagged his maiden role in Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai after a lot of struggles.

His negative role in Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai shot him to instant fame, and he started getting more offers. It was followed by Sammer Rane in Ekta Kapor’s Pavitra Rishta. Mere co-incidence he played the role of an ACP in this show, as his parents have always dreamed of him about. He was last seen in Life Ok’s Kalash - Ek Vishwaas in 2016 playing the role of Suraj Sahu.
