Natasha Suri Biography
Natasha Suri is a very successful supermodel of India whose name is listed in the 'Top Models – A Grade' bracket in India. In 2006 she won the prestigious Femina Miss India World title (runner-up at Miss India contest) and represented India in Miss World contest where she finished as one among the 15 semifinalists. She also won Suri placed 3rd in both the "Beach Beauty" competition and "Miss Designer Gown" award in the same beauty pageant. She was the favourite of the contest too, winning maximum votes from all around the world aside Miss. Venezuela. She won the "Miss Beautiful Smile" and "Miss Personality" categories at Miss India contest held in 2006. In National supermodel hunt, she won the categories, Navy Queen, Miss Maharashtra, and Get Gorgeous-I. She was awarded the "Pillar of Hindustani Society Award" in 2008 for her achievements in the fashion industry.
Natasha Suri was born in Mumbai. Her DOB is 15th May. She did bachelors in Business Management from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. During this time, she started accepting modeling assignments. Now she is one of the top models of the country, both for her stunning body figure as well as her photogenic face that suit every assignment. She was discovered by India’s ace lensman Atul Kasbekar who introduced her as one of the beautiful faces at an event – Annual cannon calendar in 2006. Very soon she was featured in prestigious Cosmopolitan Magazine as a stunner. It was during her first year of modelling.
Suri debuted as a fashion model at Rome Fashion Week and subsequently at Dubai Fashion Week, Sri Lanka Fashion Week, India Fashion Weeks (Delhi) and Lakme Fashion Weeks (Mumbai) for 5 seasons. Till now, she has done more than 500 fashion shows. Now she is a popular television host too, who hosts Cell Guru on NDTV India and Life style show, Velvet. She was appointed Tourism Ambassador of Mauritius in 2007. She has two sisters. Her sister, Rupali Suri is the winner of Gladrags Mega Model contest in 2006.
