Priscilla Corner Biography
Priscilla Corner is an Indian hair stylist and beauty guru who hails from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. She is also a jazz artist and poet too. She is also a managing partner of the Salon June Tomkyns in Kolkata. She has worked as a stylist for many Bollywood stars and films. This celebrity hair stylist is frequently associated with leading fashion shows and beauty contests of the country. Priscilla has been associated with the entertainment field for more than two decades or so. She also rendered her voice as a playback singer for the film, Prem Aggan (1998). She sang the duet, "Dekh Ke Tujh Ko" aside Abhijeet for the film, known for its stylist looks, though bombed at box office. She started off her professional career as a singer before moving to beauty specialization.
She hails from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, and was born into a business family. Her mother is an entrepreneur, June Tomkyns and her father, Colonel J. J. Jones served in Indian army. Priscilla was born as their eldest daughter. Her academic years were spent in Kolkata, and she has been brilliant in academics as well as athletics. She was school athletics champion. Her mother is a successful entrepreneur who manages a chain of saloons in Kolkata, and Priscilla is her managing partner. Priscilla is a member of prestigious International Hair Coiffure Mundial, Eastern Region head hair expert of Fiama Di Wills brand and also an official beauty and hair columnist of The Telegraph daily.
As a beautician and stylist, she regularly writes beauty related articles in numerous newspapers and magazines. She is also known for giving new style to Bengali beauties like Riya Sen, Raima Sen, Churni Ganguly, Rituparna Sengupta etc. She studied Toni and Guy classic cut hair course as well as Toni & Guy Education Academy Hair Diploma, both in Australia.
