Ribbhu Mehra Biography

Ribbhu Mehra is a successful and popular television actor associated with Hindi entertainment industry. He is also a model and professional Disc Jockey (DJ). As a television actor, he is best known for his portrayal of Nikhil on Star Plus's show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. It is his most recent role on television too. He was first seen in 2015 TV show, Rakkt, followed by 24, Savdhaan India, Aye Zindagi and Ye Hai Mohabbatein. In 2018 he was featured in one popular music video, "Re Piya" of singer Altaf Sayeed. He has appeared in TV ads of Bangur Cements, Flamingo Tvc, Fynd etc. His ad – Fynd got listed among top 10 Indian ads of 2017 in YouTube.

Ribbhu Mehra hails from Delhi. He holds a graduation in Commerce and also studied accounting from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He lives in Delhi with his parents, and his single sister is married now. In 2009, he started his career as a DJ. He has been mixing music long 10 years before he moved into acting, and has played in the best of the clubs in Delhi, Noida and Mumbai. He has also produced music in the past. He bagged his first film role in 2016 Bollywood film, Ki & Ka, though a small one. He also started appearing in TV ads the same year, before he bagged his first TV role through "Rakkt" as Akbar aired on Epic TV channel.

In 2016, he did an episodic role for the very popular show of Anil Kapoor, 24 on Colors TV, followed by two episodic roles in 2017 - Savdhaan India and Aye Zindagi. In 2017 he bagged his first meaty role for the show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, his first television soap too.
