Shamin Mannan Biography
Shamin Mannan is a popular television actress associated with Hindi television. She played parallel lead in 2016 Bollywood film, Love Shagun also. She mostly plays lead roles on small screen and currently is one of the most sought actresses of Hindi small screen. Her lead role of Bhoomi in Sanskaar - Dharohar Apno Ki for Colors TV was well appreciated. Santaan (2007) was the first show for which she played female lead, followed by Sanskaar - Dharohar Apno Ki, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Khidki, Mtv Big F and Darr ke us paar. She played antagonist in Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, and parallel lead in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg.
Shamin Mannan hails from Assam. Her birthday falls on 11th June. Dibrugarh is her hometown. Her father is Muslim while her mother is a Hindu. She follows Islam. She has one younger sister. She married Atul Kumar in 2017. He owns a VFX studio. After schooling she pursued engineering course. However she discontinued her studies to pursue a career in entertainment industry. She moved to Mumbai, where she started her career as a model. She appeared in many TV ads, and was seen in advertisements of McDonald's, Sony Ericson, Dabur Gulabari Rose Water, Polycrol syrup etc.
Shamin owns a very successful career in television. She played female lead in most of the shows she appeared, and she has done shows for Colors TV, ZEE TV, Star Plus etc. She was nominated at Indian Telly Award for Best Fresh New Face (Female). Parallel lead in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann on Zee TV was her debut series.
