Tapasya Nayak Srivastava Biography

Tapasya Nayak Srivastava is a popular actress associated with small screen. She became popular through the popular comedy sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, in which she played the supporting role of Bharti. Later she played the female lead Mary Ji in Pritam Pyare Aur Woh aired on SAB TV in 2014. Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Chidiya Ghar, Savdhaan India and Dr. Bhanumati On Duty are other noted appearances. Her role as Niharika (Ahankara's mother) in the historic series Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat was also well appreciated. Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hai and Dream Girl are her most recent shows on Indian television.

 

Tapasya is a latest sensation on Hindi small screen. Known for her glamorous avatar and hot scenes on television, she is one among the popular choices for youth oriented and romantic shows at present. In 2016 she bagged a few promising projects such as Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hai and Dream Girl, where she was offered meaty roles. Dream Girlis her recent show where Shraddha Arya plays the female lead and Tapasya plays the meaty role. Nikita Dutta plays the role of Lakshmi who aspires to become a big star in Bollywood. As per sources Tapasya’s role is similar to Sri Devi’s role in Chaal Baaz of late 1980s which made her a big star.

 

She played the lead role Mary in Pritam Pyare Aur Woh in 2014. The show was aired during March 3 – August 1, 2014 on SAB TV. But the show went off the air due to low TRP ratings. Earlier she worked in the iconic series on SAB TV, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah which earned her initial recognition. She also appeared in Chintu Bangaya Gentleman on SAB TV. Tapasya gained attention through the glamorous avatars she appeared on screen.
