Victory at Sea is a war memorial that stands majestically at Ramakrishna Beach. It is a tower like structure with concrete walls and resembles the Amar Jawan Jyoti at India Gate in New Delhi. It was built in the year 1996 by the Eastern Naval Command in the memory of the achievements of the Indian Navy in 1971 war and to pay homage to all the martyrs lost their lives in that war. The yellow lights glow brightly in the evenings and it enhances its aestheticism. The war relics are displayed here like P 21 surface to surface missiles and RZ 61 Surface to Air missiles.
