Rajesh Mandal Biography 
Rajesh Mandal is an Indian Kabaddi player who plays in the very popular Pro Kabaddi series in India. He hails from West Bengal. He plays as a raider for his team, and is currently associated with Puneri Paltan Team in PKL. He has earlier played with Patna Pirates. Mondal is finest raider and quality player of Pro Kabaddi league. He is been known for his Do or Die raiding in Pro Kabaddi. He has been playing for Patna Pirates for last 3 seasons and led the team to win the cup two times.
Rajesh Mandal comes from Chandanagar, Hoogly district, West bengal. He was born in the Christmas day of 1985. He plays for West Bengal. The 32-year old raider created a niche of his own with his unique attacking styles in Pro Kabaddi league and he rose to prominence in his association with Patna Pirates. Have accrued 50.64% of his 156 raid points in do-or-die situations, he added a new dimension to his name. Whenever the team is in crises, he comes as a saviour. His multi points raid is a weapon which he uses against opponents.
During his training sessions, he practises with a lot of mock raids. It helps to improve better on ground every time. Art of escaping and avoiding tacking are the key points to succeed in this play – the player certifies. As a child he loved gymnastics. He used to take part in gymnastic competitions held in his hometown. His father Ramen Mandal was a kabbadi player and coach, who took him to watch the game. After that he switched from gymnastics to Kabaddi. He is an Eastern railway employee. In 2011, he led his railway team to win senior national Kabaddi championship. He rose to prominence there after.
