Amaal Mallik Biography 
Amaal Mallik is a music composer and playback singer associated with Bollywood. He is the elder son of popular singer, music director and TV host known for music shows – Daboo Malik. He is the grandson of great music composer Sardar Malik and nephew of well-established music director of Bollywood since 1990s – Anu Malik. His younger brother Armaan Malik is also a popular singer associated with Bollywood at present. Famosu lyricist of yesterdays Hasrat Jaipuri is his granduncle. Amaal too is a well-established name of Bollywood at present, who is associated with Bollywood since 2014. "Sooraj Dooba Hain" of Roy is one of his most popular singles, which earned him numerous nominations at various film awards. He along with Ankit Tiwari and Meet Bros Anjjan won Filmfare awards for best music for the year 2015 for the album.
He was born Mumbai on 16 June 1991. He was born into a family with strong music background.he completed his graduation in commerce from N. M. College in Mumbai. He was initiated to the world of Hindustani by his grandfather Sardar Malik, who was one of the earliest composers of Bollywood. Later he studied piano and completed his course at Trinity College of Music. He started his music journey at a younger age. After completing his class 10 studies, he started his music journey as an assistant music director and background scorer of Bollywood. He is associated with Bollywood since 2005. Later he went on to producing and arranging music for music albums of his father.
During the time period 2008-2011, he assisted Pritam and also worked in background score department of Sandeep Chowta and Salim-Sulaiman films. He also composed music for more than a hundred jingles. As a music composer of Bollywood he made his debut in the year 2014. Salman Khan's Jai Ho marked his film debut where he scored three songs - Tumko To Aana Hi Tha, Love You Till The End (House Mix) and Title track. After the release of the single Naina for the movie, Khoobsurat, there was no turning back.
He shot to fame and since then he has composed many singles and full music albums for Bollywood. He revived the song Tumhe Apna Banane Ka and composed the song - Love To Hate You for Hate Story 3. He also recreated the song "Kar Gayi Chull" for Kapoor & Sons. One of the most promising young music directors of Bollywood at present, he composed songs for the movies, Air Lift, Roy, Mastizaade, Sanam Re, Hero, All is well, Azhar, Baaghi, Sarbjit, Do Lafzon Ki Kahani etc. He composed all songs for the biopic - M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. In 2015 he made his mark as a playback singer through the song - O Khuda composed by himself for the movie Hero.
