Sandeep Kaur Biography 
Bibi Sandeep Kaur was born in 1971 in the family of Sardar Kulwant Singh in Sarchur Village in Fatehgarh Churian Tehsil in Gurdaspur District of Punjab State, India. The village is located 45 KM towards west from District head quarters of Gurdaspur. She was one of the six daughters of Sardar Kulwant Singh and was very much influenced by the Khalsa movement going on in Punjab in 80s.
You will be surprised to note that the ex convicted Bibi Sandeep Kaur raises ninty children. Out of thses 90 childre some of these come from Sikh families killed while some of the girl children from the families which abandoned them thinking girls have no right to live on this earth. The message of Bibi Sandeep Kaur is simple, she says if the God gave you a girl child and you find her unwanted pass her on her. She will embrace and adopt her.
At the age of 18 on 16th March 1989, Dharam Singh married Bibi Sandeep Kaur, and she knew she was getting married with a fighter for her motherland because she wanted to fight for her motherland. She wanted to be one of the fighters and sacrifice her life for her prospective nation.
In her school Bibi Sandeep Kaur was known as a hard headed girl who was never afraid of talking and putting her thoughts openly and was never afraid of expressing her views about Khalistan movement. In fact, she has decided to associate with Khalistani movement so she married Dharm Singh at the tender age of 18 and got herself fully involved with the movement.
The Khalistani organization trained her fully for the purpose including handling arms. Meanwhile she became mother of a male child but due to her involvement she kept him with her parents. Ultimately she was arrested at the age of 22 and was sent to jail. She completed her further education while still inside the jail and graduated.
Bibi Sandeep Kaur founded a charitable trust in the year 1996 and started a shelter home in Patiala starting with 16 adopted children. Today, she raises 90 children all of whom go to schools.
