Siddharth Venugopal Biography

Siddharth Venugopal is an Indian film actor who concentrates in Tamil films. He entered film industry in 2009 and has acted in very few films in his career.

Siddharth was born on 28^th November 1985 in Coimbatore in India. He completed his schooling at Lisieux Matriculation Higher Secondary School and obtained his degree in information technology from Kumaraguru College of Technology. He entered acting career but then went back to School of Mechanical Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University at Singapore to pursue his MS career.

He got modeling offers when he was at his college and when he was working at a multinational company at Chennai. He was portrayed in a print ad and seeing that, the director Gandhi Krishna gave him the offer to perform the movie Ananda Thandavam. This film is based on the novel of Sujatha Rangarajan Pirivom Santhippom. In this film he acted alongside Tamannah and Rukmini Vijayakumar. This film was a flop.

He got an opportunity to act in lead role in the film Naan by the director Jeeva Shankar but as his first film was a flop, the project was called off. After two years, he played the supporting role in that film. The film got positive reviews and he was critically acclaimed for his performance.
