Jewel Mary Biography 
Jewel Mary is a young film actress who shot to fame after playing Mammootty’s heroine in two movies back to back in 2015. Playing the female protagonist, Utopiayile Rajavu received cold response from viewers while Pathemari became a mega hit at box office. Earlier Jewel Mary has been a TV anchor who hosted the dance reality shows ‘D 4 Dance’ of Mazhavil Manorama Season 1 aside Govind Padmasoorya. She was later replaced by Pearle Maaney for the show the next season.
The popular TV host became a household name through the reality show – D 4 Dance. Salim Ahmed’s Pathemari was the first movie in which she acted. But Utopiayile Rajavu directed by veteran director Kamal was her first released movie. In fact her name was suggested to the director by none other than megastar Mammootty who played lead role in the movie. They together worked in Pathemari, which was yet to release. Mammootty called her while shooting for another movie ‘Bhaskar the Rascal’ and asked her to call the director. Kamal narrated the story and character to her and she was finalized for the lead lady role. In Pathemari, Jewel Mary played the role of a housewife Nalini, the wife of Pallickal Narayanan, a Gulf migrant.
She was born on 11th July, 1990 in Tripunithura, Kochi. She completed graduation. She is married to Jenson Zachariah. The actress is extremely happy that she got opportunity to be paired with megastar for her first two movies. Though she is now established as an actress, Jewel plans to continue her TV shows along with films.
