Manit Joura Biography
Manit Joura is a popular actor associated with Hindi television and film industry. He also appears in south Indian movies. He is best known for playing a pivotal role in Malayalam - Tamil Bilingual film Solo. In Bollywood he has played both lead and supporting roles. Made his Bollywood debut in Yash Raj Films' romantic comedy Band Baaja Baaraat in 2010, he later moved to lead roles. He played lead role in 2016 film, Love Shagun and also 2017 film, The Test Case. He owns a successful television career too, and currently plays the male lead in Kundali Bhagya since 2017.
Manit was born on June 5 in 1987 into a Punjabi family in Delhi. He has two siblings. After studies he joined a professional theater group to pursue a career in acting. After learning he started his career as a stage actor. He started his modelling career in 2008 and became a part of Gladrags Manhunt Contest. He finished as one among the finalists and also won many subtitles. As a successful model, he has walked on ramp for many leading designers of the country. He was a brand ambassador for Brunch Magazine for about four years.
His debut to small screen happened through the television show, Aaja Mahi Vay – a dance reality show. He marked his television debut as an actor through the show, 12/24 Karol Bagh in 2009, and was later seen in Ram Milaayi Jodi, Mujhse Kuchh Kehti...Yeh Khamoshiyaan, SuperCops vs Supervillains etc. Since 2017, he plays the parallel lead role of Rishabh Luthra in Kundali Bhagya, and quite rarely repeats the same role for the show, Kumkum Bhagya. He also appeared in the web series, The Test Case.
