Neha Saxena (film Actress) Biography
Neha Saxena is a film actress associated with Malayalam and Kannada cinema, known for playing lead and supporting roles. She has done brief roles in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu films too, and has appeared in a few television shows. She predominantly works in Kannada and Malayalam films, and till now she has acted in more than a dozen of films belonging to different languages. She has also appeared in short films – Kamlaa in Hindi and Hindi films like Chef, Yehi Wo Pyaar Hai etc. She played female lead in Malayalam film, Sakhavinte Priyasakhi – her most recent release in 2018. Padayottam, Late Marriage and Jeem Boom Baa are her upcoming Malayalam films.
Neha Saxena was born on 25 October 1989 in Dehradun. She has been an air hostess by profession before she ventured into acting. She started off with television shows, and later moved to big screen. She worked in all south Indian language films and also Hindi. An air hostess turned TV actress turned film actress, she was first seen in mythological show, Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev playing the supporting role of Mandakini. When she got offers from south Indian films, she readily accepted it.
As a film actress, she first appeared in Tulu film, Rickshaw Driver in 2013 followed by Loduku Pandi in Tamil and Bypass Road in Kannada the following year, marking her acting debut with all these language films. She got active in Kannada films, and later accepted Telugu and Malayalam film roles. In fact she got some of the meaty roles through Malayalam. She marked her Malayalam acting debut with Kasaba in 2016, where she was casted in a lead role opposite megastar Mammootty. She played the supporting role of Julie in her next Malayalam release, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol starring Mohanlal.
