Prabhas Sreenu Biography

Prabhas Sreenu is a popular actor from Telugu movies, best known for playing supporting and character roles. He excels in comic roles. He added "Prabhas" as a prefix to his stage name, owing to his friendship with actor Prabhas of Bahubali fame, who was his batch mate at a film institute. Prabhas has also done negative and comedic roles on big screen. He joined film scene in the year 2004 with the Telugu film, Varsham and has portrayed different character roles for over a decade including a comedy villain. Quite busy in film scene right now, he was last seen in MLA, Krishnarjuna Yudham, Bhaagamathie, Ungarala Rambabu, Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu and a few more releases.

Prabhas Sreenu wanted to learn acting. So he enrolled in Sathyanand acting school to learn acting, where he became a friend of actor Prabhas. Apart from adding ‘Prabhas’ tag to his name, he also added the same tag to his daughter’s name instead of using his own. As a character artist, he is best known for the roles he played in Yevadu, Subramanyam for Sale, Gabbar Singh, Mr. Perfect, Dohchay, S/O Satyamurthy, Raju Gari Gandhi, Pandaga Chesko and Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. He shared screen space with Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh, and it’s one among his most successful film roles. He shot to fame after the movie release.

He along with yet another comedian of Telugu cinema, Pruthvi appeared in a game show on television. The show titled Sell Me The Answer was aired on Maa TV, where the duo appeared as celebrity guests. One of the new age comedians who has left a mark in the field of acting, this talented actor has a great career ahead.
