Yagna Shetty Biography

Yagna Shetty is an Indian film actress who concentrates in Kannada film industry. She entered film industry in 2007 through her debut movie Ondru Preethiya Kate.

Yagna Shetty was born in Mangalore. Her father’s name is Madoor Umesh and her mother’s name is Jayanti Shetty. Her worked in Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited and then employed in Kuwait. She completed her shooling from Kendriya School in Panambur and did her PUC at Besant College. She then completed her BBM at SDM College at Mangalore and MBA at MIC in Manipal.

Yagna has two elder sisters, Mamata and Gayathri and one younger sister Ashwini. Yagna is very ambitious and she did not have any plans of becoming an actress and it was quite accidental. Her mother was very supportive to her career.

She spends her time in dancing, reading and listening to music. She also loves cooking the North Indian dishes. She is very fond of ice creams and chocolates. Some of the films that she has acted include Ondu Preethiya Kate, Love Guru, Eddelu Manjunatha, Sugreeva, Kari Chirathe, Kalla Malla Sulla, Allidhe Nammane Ille Bande Summane, Panchamrutha, etc.
